So, Jason and I have been looking at houses since September. We live in a college town with fairly high cost of living (compared to other cities in this state). Just like the last time we bought a house (at the height of the market, duh - great way to lose money when selling now), everything we see just needs a little more space, or a better location, or lots of updating. It always feels like if we just had a little more money, we could get our dream house. We live in 1200 square feet now, which keeps feeling more and more cramped the bigger the babies get.
But maybe we're just too picky, or have bad luck. Who knows. We have put offers in on 3 houses now - we were outbid on the first one, the second one laughed at our appropriate-for-the-market-and-for-the-assessed-value offer on their overpriced house, and now we're awaiting word from the 3rd one. Our house has been under contract since the end of December, and we are so grateful to have a buyer who is not in any hurry to move!
So please wish us luck on this third house (3 is our lucky number, right??), or at least send us patience to keep looking if this one doesn't work out.
And now for today's pictures...
I found this cute headband in a box of clothes someone had given us.

Remember when we used to take pictures of one of us holding all 3 babies, and they were so tiny and still?

Well, those pics are going to be a bit blurry from now on, and you won't be seeing all the faces. They are a gang of moving targets!

Lucas laughing hysterically. We had no idea why. Even Abby was giving him a "what the heck?" look. When he laughs like this, we can't help but laugh along with him!
